RETURNS POLICY

At Nelana we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a refund, please ensure that your return meets the following criteria:

The item must be clean, unworn, and unwashed.

It should be in its original packaging and condition with all tags attached and intact.

Your return must include proof of purchase, such as the order number and your name.

Please note that if the clothing is visibly stretched or shows signs of wear, making it unsuitable for resale, it will not qualify for a refund.
Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Additionally, sale items are not eligible for a refund.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a traceable service when returning your item, as Nelana cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.
